We want you to be happy with your Lumewand purchase. Please read our policy carefully before ordering.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number
- Submit clear photos of the item and its condition
- Provide a brief description of the issue
Claims that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 1–2 business days.
